Community Grants

Each year, Auburn Rotary club provides grants to local nonprofit organizations as part of its community grants program. Grants are provided through fundraising and membership in the club. The Community Market was the recipient of the largest grant.

Auburn Day Care Centers, Inc. Incorporate a new curriculum for infants, toddlers and twos.
Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lee County Funding for the Mini Arts Camp - DramaMatters.
BraveHeart Center for Place and Purpose Support for the Art Helps and Heals the Heart community inclusion initiative.
Child Care Resource Center Support for The Baby Depot Diaper Bank.
Esperanza House Funding to acquire tablets to enhance learning at After School Tutoring Program.
The Exceptional Foundation of East Alabama (EFEA) Funding for quality recreational activities for program participants.
Food Bank of East Alabama Support to meet the needs of the food-insecure residents of Lee County.
Friends of the Auburn Public Library Funding to purchase materials to provide a year-long STEM program.
Lee County Habitat for Humanity Support to complete home #66.
Lee County Literacy Coalition Support to offer two free computer workshops per month.
Mercy Medical Clinic Funding to renovate space and make it usable for patient care.
Our House, a ministry of By Our Love Support for the REAL Cents REAL Change enrichment program.
City of Auburn Parks and Recreation Department Funding for second grade classrooms Earth Sciences and Celebrate Earth Month trip.
Lee County Partnership for Children Funding to provide assistance to families with children in daycare when a crisis situation arises.
The Salvation Army of Lee County Support to deliver approx. 7900 meals a year to home bound seniors.
Auburn Student Veterans Association Funding to aid in securing a wheelchair accessible vehicle to provide transportation.
