Touring the GE Aviation Manufacturing Plant in Auburn

As part of its international emphasis on vocational awareness, the Auburn Rotary Club recently toured the new GE Aviation manufacturing plant, which opened in Auburn Technology Park West this past April. Joe Markiewicz, GE’s Auburn plant leader, outlined the various the plant’s various manufacturing processes and precision, super-alloy machined parts it produces for GE jet engines.
